October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month
I'm sure you know people who've been affected by breast cancer. It's pretty personal to me, and that's why I've joined my local Real Men Wear Pink campaign to raise money to fight breast cancer. I'll be wearing pink every day in October to bring attention to the cause and I'll be collecting donations to fund the fight. I hope you'll support me.
This past year, thousands of people diagnosed with breast cancer were scared and unsure of where to turn during such a difficult time. Fortunately, the American Cancer Society has been there to help -- fueling breast cancer research, offering live 24/7 support, ensuring greater access to quality care, influencing public policy, and providing patient support. Every dollar we raise truly makes a difference.
